Bahar heads the firm's personal injury and mass tort group. Her work includes personal injury cases, phamaceutical mass torts and product liability cases. Prior to joining KPA in 2005, she worked at the California Department of Justice and the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Bahar received her undergraduate degree in psychology and political science from The University of California, Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She is admitted to the State Bar of California, as well as the Eastern and Central Districts of the California District Court.

Bahar plays an active role in professional associations including the American Association for Justice (AAJ),the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). She is on the board of governors for CAOC as well as the New Lawyers Division of AAJ. She is also the past secretary and current vice chair and membership chair of the Women's Caucus Division and past secretary and current political chair of the New Lawyers Division of CAOC.
