Bevin handles consumer class actions with an emphasis in products liability and consumer fraud, as well as wage and hour class actions. She has been named class counsel in a range of class action lawsuits and has served as lead attorney for complex civil litigation cases. Her litigation experience includes court room appearances, drafting motion and discovery pleadings, settlement negotiations, and preparing and arguing contested motions before both federal and state courts.

Bevin received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she served as editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Southern California, and is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish. She is admitted to practice before all District Courts and in California.

Bevin is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and American Association for Justice (AAJ).
