He has successfully represented plaintiffs in both State and Federal Courts on a wide variety of matters. His areas of practice are pharmaceuticals, civil rights, labor and employment, natural disaster, class action and mass tort litigation. He has successfully obtained several multi-million dollar results in settlements and verdicts. Dylan heads up the firm's personal injury practice, and he has played a central role in the litigation of all variety of cases, including catastrophic injury claims, complex multi-party product liability claims, claims against governmental entities (including civil rights and police misconduct cases), and premises liability cases alleging unsafe conditions on both public and private property. Dylan specializes in handling difficult liability cases and has substantial experience using focus groups and multi-media presentations to obtain top recoveries for his clients, in arbitration, mediation or at trial. Dylan is particularly experienced in representing large groups of individuals who have been victimized or defrauded by corporations, individuals, and even trusts (including REIT) and most recently, he has successfully represented numerous Plaintiffs in the newly evolving field of toxic mold litigation, as well as tenants seeking compensation for being forced to endure uninhabitable "slum lord" conditions at their apartment dwellings. Dylan also has significant involvement in the firm's employment cases and has served as lead counsel on wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, breach of contract and employment discrimination matters. Dylan believes in fighting hard for his clients, and understands what it takes to navigate the often long and winding road to resolving a case. He is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada and Georgia, and currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Dylan Pollard is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Dylan attended Stanford University obtaining a B.A. in English in 1992, and continued his education at Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While at law school, Dylan was an award winning member of the Moot Court Team, and realized substantial success in both inter and intra-school competitions.
